An exceptional hand picked, classically proportioned, full-flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon with oak and bottle maturation.
Hand picked grapes from Murray Gums Estate vineyard planted on the banks of the Murray River. The fermentation was hand plunged and the wine matured in new and used French oak barriques for 18 months.
Elegant and refined our Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavors of blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry with notes of tobacco, wood, and vanilla (from aging in oak barrels) perfect for pairing with Mediterranean cuisine.
