Rose – Light to medium red with lovely brightness. Shows with lifted aromas of raspberry and cherry combined with spice notes. There is a lovely concentration of flavours. Fresh red fruits along with hints of herbs are balanced by fine acidity on the long palate.

Elegant and refined our Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavors of blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry with notes of tobacco, wood, and vanilla (from aging in oak barrels) perfect for pairing with Mediterranean cuisine.
This straw coloured Chardonnay opens with rich melon and peach aromas that are delicately
supported by roasted almond and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. The palate is textured and full of rock melon, nutmeg and vanilla creame flavours that linger long on the finish from 6 months ageing in French Oak Barrique.
The harvested Rose fruit was pressed to seasoned oak barrels for fermentation over a 4 week period. The ferments were carried out by a combination of wild and inoculated yeasts to help provide complexity and improve texture.
The wine was subsequently aged on lees until blending and filtration prior to bottling in August 2024
Cabernet Sauvignon-Hand picked grapes from Murray Gums Estate vineyard planted on the banks of the Murray River. The fermentation was hand plunged and the wine matured in new and used French oak barriques for 18 months.
