Elegant and refined, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows dark fruit flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and blackberry, complemented by notes of tobacco, wood and vanilla from time in oak. The palate is structured and well balanced with depth and a long finish.
Hand-picked grapes from the Murray Gums Estate vineyard on the banks of the Murray River were hand plunged during fermentation, then matured in a combination of new and used French oak barriques for 18 months. A perfect pairing with Mediterranean cuisine, enjoy now or cellar for up to ten years.
