Produced from 100% estate-grown, hand-picked Frantoio olives cultivated on the banks of the mighty Murray River in Moama. Harvested in late autumn while the fruit is still young, green and fragrant, then gently cold-pressed to preserve purity and character.
The resulting oil is vibrant in colour with wonderful complexity, showing fresh floral aromas, strong grassy overtones and gentle spiciness, finishing with a delicately peppery lift. Enjoy with salads, pasta, or as the perfect dipping oil.
A light to medium bodied rosé showing lifted aromas of raspberry and cherry combined with subtle spice. There is a lovely concentration of flavour, with fresh red fruits and hints of herbs balanced by fine acidity on a long, refreshing palate.
Hand-picked grapes from the Murray Gums Estate vineyard were pressed into seasoned oak barrels and fermented over a four-week period. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood and light salads and is best enjoyed chilled now or over the next few years.
