Produced from 100% estate-grown, hand-picked Frantoio olives cultivated on the banks of the mighty Murray River in Moama. Harvested in late autumn while the fruit is still young, green and fragrant, then gently cold-pressed to preserve purity and character.
The resulting oil is vibrant in colour with wonderful complexity, showing fresh floral aromas, strong grassy overtones and gentle spiciness, finishing with a delicately peppery lift. Enjoy with salads, pasta, or as the perfect dipping oil.
This straw coloured Chardonnay opens with rich melon and peach aromas, delicately supported by roasted almond and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. The palate is textured and full of rock melon, nutmeg and creamy vanilla flavours that linger long on the finish.
A wine aged for six months in French oak barrique, adding depth and complexity. Pair with white meats, creamy pasta, risotto or soft cheeses. Enjoy now or cellar for up to five years.
