This straw coloured Chardonnay opens with rich melon and peach aromas that are delicately
supported by roasted almond and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. The palate is textured and full of rock melon, nutmeg and vanilla creame flavours that linger long on the finish from 6 months ageing in French Oak Barrique. A wine to be enjoyed now or to be rewarded for your patience with cellaring for up to 5 years.
