Rosé – Hand picked grapes from Murray Gums Estate vineyard, pressed into seasoned oak barrels for fermentation over a 4 week period. Paired well with seafood and a light salad. Enjoy chilled now and over the next few years.
Chardonnay – A wine made from 6 months ageing in French Oak Barrique. Pair with white meat, creamy pasta, risotto, or soft cheese. Wine to be enjoyed now or to be rewarded for your patience with cellaring for up to 5 years.
Cabernet Sauvignon – Hand picked grapes from Murray Gums Estate vineyard planted on the banks of the Murray River. The fermentation was hand plunged and the wine matured in new and used French oak barriques for 18 months. Perfect for pairing with Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 10 years.
A Light to medium bodied Rosé. Shows with lifted aromas of raspberry and cherry combined with spice notes. There is a lovely concentration of flavours. Fresh red fruits along with hints of herbs are balanced by fine acidity on the long palate.
This straw coloured Chardonnay opens with rich melon and peach aromas that are delicately
supported by roasted almond and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. The plate is textured and full of rock melon, nutmeg and creamy vanilla flavours that linger long on the finish.
Elegant and refined, Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavors of blackcurrant, black cherry, blackberry with notes of tobacco, wood, and vanilla (from aging in oak barrels).
