Elegant and refined, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays dark fruit flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and blackberry, complemented by notes of tobacco, wood and vanilla from time in oak. The palate is structured and balanced, with depth and length.
Hand-picked grapes from the Murray Gums Estate vineyard on the banks of the Murray River were hand plunged during fermentation, then matured in a combination of new and used French oak barriques for 18 months. A perfect match for Mediterranean cuisine, enjoy now or cellar for up to ten years.
A light to medium bodied rosé with lifted aromas of raspberry and cherry, layered with subtle spice. The palate shows a lovely concentration of fresh red fruits, hints of herbs and fine acidity that carries through to a long, refreshing finish.
Hand-picked grapes from the Murray Gums Estate vineyard were pressed into seasoned oak barrels and fermented over a four-week period. Ideal with seafood and light salads, this wine is best enjoyed chilled now or over the next few years.
