Produced from 100% estate-grown, hand-picked Frantoio olives cultivated on the banks of the mighty Murray River in Moama. Harvested in late autumn while the fruit is still young, green and fragrant, then gently cold-pressed to preserve purity and character.
The resulting oil is vibrant in colour with wonderful complexity, showing fresh floral aromas, strong grassy overtones and gentle spiciness, finishing with a delicately peppery lift. Enjoy with salads, pasta, or as the perfect dipping oil.
Elegant and refined, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays dark fruit flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and blackberry, complemented by notes of tobacco, wood and vanilla from time in oak. The palate is structured and well balanced, offering depth and a long, lingering finish.
Hand-picked grapes from the Murray Gums Estate vineyard on the banks of the Murray River were hand plunged during fermentation, then matured in a combination of new and used French oak barriques for 18 months. A natural match for Mediterranean cuisine, enjoy now or cellar for up to ten years.
